About the Role As a 3D Design Intern specializing in Unreal Engine, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality, immersive 3D assets and environments. You will collaborate closely with experienced designers, developers, and artists to ensure top-tier results and meet project requirements and timelines. Key Responsibilities Develop and design high-quality 3D assets using Unreal Engine Collaborate with team members to create immersive and engaging environments Ensure all assets are optimized for performance while maintaining visual quality Assist with shader development and lighting within the engine Participate in project planning and help establish realistic timelines for deliverables Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in 3D design and Unreal Engine Communicate regularly and provide updates on your progress What We Look For Current student or recent graduate in Design, Computer Graphics, Game Development, or a related field Interest and basic experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus, but not required for all candidates Strong portfolio or sample projects showcasing 3D design work (academic or personal projects welcome) Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills Unreal Engine (or willingness to learn) 3D Modeling Texturing Lighting Shader Development (basic understanding is a plus) Adobe Creative Suite (optional) Blueprint Scripting (optional) Optimization Techniques (willingness to learn) Interest in topics such as AI, climate, disaster and emergency education, and DevOps is especially valued.
